NOVA Strategic Research & Advisory is an independent Palestinian firm that helps organizations generate trusted evidence, learn from implementation and act with greater clarity. Based in Ramallah and operating across the West Bank, including East Jerusalem, and the Gaza Strip, NOVA provides research, evaluation, monitoring, learning and strategic advisory services for humanitarian, development, recovery and public-policy initiatives.
