NOVA Strategic Research & Advisory is an independent Palestinian research, evaluation and advisory firm headquartered in Ramallah. We support international organizations, NGOs, civil society institutions, development partners and donor-funded programs to understand complex contexts, strengthen performance and make better-informed decisions.
Our services include external evaluations, baseline and endline studies, third-party monitoring, applied mixed-methods research, MEAL systems, data-quality assurance, strategic planning, programme design and institutional capacity strengthening.
NOVA combines senior multidisciplinary leadership with field networks across the West Bank, including East Jerusalem, and the Gaza Strip. This allows us to deliver context-aware research and monitoring in fragile, conflict-affected and access-constrained environments.

NOVA is headquartered in Ramallah with field reach across the West Bank, East Jerusalem and the Gaza Strip. Our teams operate through in-person, remote and hybrid methodologies, enabling delivery in access-constrained and high-risk settings.
West Bank
Field networks across all major West Bank governorates, with locally embedded personnel and rapid mobilization capacity.
East Jerusalem
Operational access to East Jerusalem communities, supporting research and monitoring in this complex urban context.
Gaza Strip
Field presence across all five Gaza governorates with over 50 locally based monitors and enumerators, including sub-area coordinators in North Gaza, Gaza City, Deir Al-Balah, Khan Younis and Rafah.
Field team: 100 trained enumerators — 50 in Gaza and 50 in the West Bank and East Jerusalem — supported by Gaza Field Operations Lead and West Bank Field Coordinator.
